Our clients explain the PayProp advantage
Want to know why PayProp is described by one of our clients as magic?
PayProp, the trusted rental payment platform used by thousands of estate agencies in the UK, South Africa and North America, has unveiled a brand refresh as the next step on its journey since joining forces with Reapit, a leading global PropTech provider.
The refreshed branding further bolsters the coming together of two market leaders to build a one-stop shop for the property industry after their union in December 2023.
From today PayProp will be known as ‘a Reapit product’ in the UK, and as ‘a Reapit company’ in South Africa and North America. The brand refresh signals its evolution as part of Reapit’s connected product suite, powering estate agencies around the world while maintaining its trusted technology leadership in automated client accounting.
“PayProp’s clients will continue to be served by their valued local teams and receive the same trusted service, with the added benefit of Reapit’s global innovation focus and deep resources,” says Steve Richmond, Reapit UKI General Manager and now General Manager in South Africa too.
“With the strength of Reapit behind PayProp, it is better equipped than ever to support clients at every step of the property journey. PayProp’s best-in-class customer experience – from platform access to client support – continues without disruption to systems, service levels, or its teams on the ground.”
“This global brand refresh is more than a visual update – it’s the next step in our mission to empower property professionals to deliver a dream home experience,” says Mark Armstrong, CEO of Reapit. “It’s an important stage in our journey that builds on our global experience, helping our teams prioritise development of the tools that best benefit our customers, such as our recent Reapit AI announcement.
Along with the brand refresh, and gaining the sought-after expertise of Reapit UK and Ireland’s General Manager Steve Richmond, a veteran of 30 years in the UK property industry, PayProp's development capacity has also been expanded with additional resources, bringing renewed focus and direction to the product roadmap. The team now benefits from Reapit's global experience in delivering end-to-end solutions, gaining access to shared knowledge and technical expertise that will drive faster innovation and improved product outcomes.
Richmond elaborates on the possibilities lying ahead for the PayProp platform: “Combining PayProp’s payment automation expertise with Reapit’s breadth of solutions, innovation, global standards and scale sets PayProp up as an integral part of Reapit around the world.”
Reapit’s goal is to provide an industry-leading all-in-one platform for estate agents globally, bringing all capabilities together under one roof.
“PayProp has always stood for trust, transparency, and innovation,” explains Richmond. “This builds on that legacy, bringing our clients the best of both worlds – trusted payments through the PayProp platform and the global power of Reapit.”
Reapit CEO Mark Armstrong says the brand refresh and increased focus on innovation is a big plus for PayProp’s customers, platform and for Reapit as a whole.
“PayProp’s brand refresh has given us an opportunity to strengthen PayProp around the world with our global experience, helping PayProp scale innovation, invest in new technologies, expand our capabilities, and empower our local expert team. The end goal is to help property professionals deliver a dream home experience for their tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers.”
