PayProp Connect showcases the best in lettings

PayProp Connect, PayProp’s annual conference showcasing industry, tech and regulatory thought leadership, returned this month to a great reception from the lettings industry.

The PayProp team invited property professionals to top venues in Edinburgh, York and Oxford for industry insights, networking and exclusive previews of upcoming PayProp features.

Attendees heard from some great guest speakers, including Robert Bolwell, Senior Partner at Dutton Gregory; letting agency business generation guru Christopher Watkin; and Sally Lawson and Dawn Bennett from Agent Rainmaker. PayProp’s Managing Director, Neil Cobbold, and Chief Technology Officer, Bruce Jackson, also took to the stage to share their insights into the platform.

Another highlight of the conference was the panel discussion on the Renters (Reform) Bill, in which industry experts debated the impact of the upcoming legislation. As well as PayProp’s guest speakers, the panel featured The Depositary co-founder Kristjan Byfield, agency owner and former ARLA Propertymark president David Votta, Propertymark Policy & Campaigns Officer Tim Thomas, and Simon Darby, Head of Public Affairs at communications agency PLMR.
