PayProp and Reapit up for industry awards

We’re excited to announce that both Reapit and PayProp have been shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards 2025!

The Negotiator Awards are among the most prestigious in UK estate agency, celebrating excellence across technology and services that truly support property professionals.

Among a record-breaking number of entries, Reapit has been nominated for ‘Supplier of the Year: (Technology) – Agency Software’, while PayProp is in the running for ‘Supplier of the Year: Products and Services (Business)’.

Reapit has previously won their category four times between 2018 and 2022, while PayProp took home our category title in 2023, making both brands veterans of the awards stage.

As Event Director Grant Leonard explains, The Negotiator Awards are “free to enter – but not easy to win! Our judging process is the most robust, open and transparent process of any property awards, meaning that winning really demonstrates to the industry that the accolade ‘the best’ is truly meaningful”.

Winners will be revealed on 28 November at a black-tie gala at Grosvenor House, with 1,000 property professionals from across the UK in attendance.
