PayProp Commercial Director Neil Cobbold and Sales Manager Rian Thomas also joined in Belvoir's celebration of excellence across their network at their yearly awards. Recognising top-performing estate and letting agencies is always inspiring – massive congratulations to all the winners!
A major focus of this year’s conference was the upcoming Renters’ Rights Act. With significant legislative change on the horizon, agents are preparing for new compliance requirements that will reshape processes for landlords and tenants alike. Conversations throughout the day centred on how agencies can stay ahead of these changes, maintain accurate records, and protect their businesses with reliable, automated systems. As always, Reapit remains committed to supporting agents with technology that ensures compliance, reduces workloads and delivers full transparency.
Another key topic was the growing role of artificial intelligence in property operations. While AI continues to evolve, the consensus was clear: technology should enhance the work of agents, not replace them. We discussed how AI can support accurate reporting, streamline routine admin and help agencies deliver faster, more efficient service – allowing teams to spend more time with clients and less time on manual tasks.
Overall, the conference offered valuable insight into the year ahead and highlighted the importance of strong partnerships between technology providers and the agents we serve. We were delighted to be part of the conversation and look forward to continuing to support Belvoir franchisees as the sector adapts to new legislation and rising expectations from landlords and tenants.
