Discovering the future of property at the 2026 Belvoir conference

This February, Reapit attended Belvoir’s yearly conference. We work closely with Belvoir franchisees, so it was a privilege to celebrate with their top estate and letting agents at their annual awards.

The upcoming Renters’ Rights Act was a big part of the agenda, and we also discussed how agencies can best deploy AI – as a strategic partner and an enabler for agents, not a replacement for them.
