50% of tenant moves caused by landlord sales, says PayProp survey
Half of tenants vacating a property last year had to do so because their landlord wanted to sell their property, according to a new survey.
In this December 2020 webinar, Neil Cobbold, Managing Director of PayProp UK, took property professionals through PayProp’s national and regional arrears data from the first nine months of the UK’s COVID-19 lockdown.
He also shared the results of PayProp’s first ever UK lettings industry survey, covering agents’, landlords’ and tenants’ views of the industry and predictions for 2021.
