Celebrating female leaders: Reapit at WIEA 2026

This year’s agenda features an all‑star lineup of speakers from both inside and outside the industry. Delegates will hear from Rightmove’s Head of Partner Marketing, Colleen Babcock, who brings deep insight into consumer behaviour and agency performance. Mary Beeton, Hamptons’ Interim Managing Director and Head of Residential Sales, will share her extensive experience in leading one of the UK’s most respected estate agency brands. And adding a powerful perspective from beyond property, trailblazing Rugby Union referee Sara Cox MBE—the first woman to referee a Premiership Rugby match—will discuss leadership, resilience and breaking barriers in traditionally male‑dominated environments.
