We had the privilege of exhibiting at The Property Franchise Group’s event and were proud sponsors of their Community Champion 2023 award. This event acknowledges and celebrates the outstanding contributions of individuals within our community, and we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the deserving award winners.

Scottish Lettings Day: Attracting more landlords

On 8 November, PayProp’s Managing Director in the UK, Neil Cobbold, shared his expertise at Scottish Lettings Day on the topic of attracting more landlords, providing valuable insights into the proven strategies and approaches to help letting agents expand.

Agent Rainmaker: Navigating challenges and embracing technology

PayProp contributed to two powerful panel discussions at Agent Rainmaker’s event on 9-10 November. Neil Cobbold lent his expertise as part of a group discussing current challenges in the market and how to overcome them. Meanwhile, our Head of Client Services, Jo Addison, joined a tech-focused panel, exploring leading technologies for agencies and how to streamline operations by minimising human error. 

ICG conference: A debut event

Breaking new ground, PayProp made a first-time appearance at the ICG (Industry Collaboration Group) conference on 27 October. The conference provides a platform for industry leaders to collaborate, share insights, and discuss emerging trends, which mirrors our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry developments and fostering collaboration within the property management community.
