Landlords must take responsibility for mould, says government
Private and social landlords have been told to stop blaming tenants for mould and damp, and they are worried they could be sanctioned for damage they didn’t cause.
PayProp was invited to take part in the Institute of Government and Public Policy’s Second Annual National Local Government Event in April 2022 to discuss client money, property payments and anti-money laundering legislation with politicians and industry.
