PayProp and Reapit again headline ESTAS

It’s almost October, and that means it’s almost time for the ESTAS Awards!

In support of their goal to promote excellence in the estate and lettings sector, PayProp and Reapit are returning as headline partners. The two brands began sponsoring the ESTAS Awards last year ahead of the 2024 awards, and also sponsor the ESTAS Postcode Awards each spring.  

This year, Reapit will also be hosting more than 30 guests from the industry, giving them VIP access to the sector’s biggest awards event!

As ESTAS Group founder Simon Brown explained last year: “Reapit and PayProp’s beliefs are perfectly aligned to ours with their commitment to delivering exceptional service and customer success, so it was a natural fit and we are absolutely delighted to have them on board.”

“We’re very proud to be returning as the headline partners for the ESTAS,” said Reapit Commercial Director Neil Cobbold. “With the property industry facing economic and regulatory challenges, great estate and letting agents are more important than ever.”  

As well as serving as Headline Partners for the event, both PayProp and Reapit have also been shortlisted for awards in the supplier category. PayProp will be looking to add to a seven-year winning streak as Best in Sector – Payment Services.

What makes the ESTAS so special?

This is the 22^nd year of the awards, and the organisers are expecting more than 1,200 property professionals to attend the awards ceremony on 17 October.

The ESTAS are awarded solely on user reviews, so only agencies and suppliers who deliver outstanding customer service have any chance of winning. They also recognise the very best across the sector: conveyancers, mortgage brokers and property technology companies are all up for awards alongside estate and letting agents.

The ESTAS Awards event is a highlight of the property industry calendar. Hosted as always by Location, Location, Location’s Phil Spencer, attendees can look forward to a champagne reception, a four-course lunch with wines, and the famous ESTAS after-party with DJs, a VIP lounge and video booths.
