Landlords to save on green upgrades
The government has removed VAT from energy-saving home upgrades and is offering new grants for green boiler replacements, making it cheaper for landlords to improve their properties’ EPC scores.
It was a one-two for our PayProp and Reapit products at last month’s Negotiator Awards!
Our PayProp product scooped silver in the Supplier of the Year: Products and Services (Business) category, while Reapit won gold in the Supplier of the Year: Agency Software division.
According to the judges, Reapit’s win was because it is “not just built on code but on values. The system offers a full service to agents, backed by a range of training options with experienced staff taking the front line with regulation and industry changes. Excellent stats on customer response times and delivery.”
The Negotiator Awards are among the most prestigious in the UK property sector, and they received a record-breaking number of entries this year. However, both Reapit and PayProp have form here: Reapit won its category four times between 2018 and 2022, while PayProp won Supplier of the Year – Products & Services (Business) and took silver in Supplier of the Year (Technology) – Agency Software in 2023.
